A Boost for Research and Innovation

The Research and Innovation Agency of Castilla-La Mancha is set to publish a notable resolution on Monday, June 24, detailing the aid for the realization of Doctor Research Personnel Access Contracts. According to a press release from the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports, this year’s grant call is endowed with €1.8 million, a €600,000 increase from the previous edition, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+).

The application period is from June 24 to July 21, allowing researchers ample time to prepare and submit their proposals electronically via the Electronic Headquarters of the Administration of the Board of Communities.

Extended Contract Terms and Expanded Reach

One of the most significant changes this year involves the extension of contract temporality from two to three years. This enhancement benefits up to 17 public institutions, including universities, technological centers, the Scientific and Technological Park Foundation, and the National Center of Hydrogen located in Puertollano.

“This measure,” as Minister of Education, Culture, and Sports, Antioco Shepherd mentioned, ” symbolizes an increased commitment to investing in research and innovation. Since 2015, resources allocated have accommodated over 400 successful projects.”

How to Apply

Applications are to be submitted electronically through the form available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Administration of the Board of Communities. All requisite documentation must be presented within 20 business days from the publication date of this call, which spans from June 24 to July 21.
