USERS of air transportation services are asked to report to officers if they buy tickets above the specified upper limit. The upper limit price for plane tickets can be seen at the Eid transport integrated post at the airport.
This was said by the Head of the Surabaya Region III Airport Authority, Rizal, at Juanda Airport, Monday (8/4).
Rizal asked air transportation service users to immediately report if they purchased a ticket that exceeds the upper limit. Consumers who wish to file a complaint can approach officers at the Idul Fitri Airport Transport Integrated Post.
“Regarding the upper limit price, you can see it at the integrated post too,” said Rizal.
The government has set an upper limit price for aircraft air transportation during the Eid homecoming and returning traffic. During Eid, plane ticket prices increase due to increased demand.
To prevent flight ticket prices from going wild, the government sets an upper limit price. The upper limit price for aircraft is posted at all Eid Transport Integrated Command Posts.
Like airplane passengers passing through Juanda Airport, they can use the integrated post to request information or submit complaints. (Z-6)
