The net profit of Al Ahli Bank of Qatar at the end of the first half of 2022 increased by 7.2% on an annual basis to reach QR 330.7 million.
Support profit growth The net impairment losses of loans and advances to customers decreased by 21% to reach 159.3 million riyals, compared to 202.7 million riyals during the same period in the previous year.
The financial statements showed that a net decrease in the value of financial investments amounted to 488 thousand riyals, compared to losses of 3.1 million riyals, in addition to a decrease in staff costs by 10% to reach 87.8 million riyals, compared to 97.5 million riyals during the same period of the previous year.
