On Friday followingnoon, the 63rd edition of the Lebanese Football League opened, with a single match held at Al-Safa Stadium between the owner of the land and the public and its guest, Shabab Al-Ghazieh, within the framework of the first week, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

Shabab Ghazieh opened the scoring in the 52nd minute through player Abdullah Halawi, and Al-Safa snatched the equalizing goal in the fifth minute of the time, instead of wasted by Hassan Hazeem.

The match was led by referee Muhammad Haddad, assisted by Adnan Al-Abdullah and Ali Barakat, in addition to the fourth referee, Ahmed Al-Awadi, and was watched by Basil Hamza.

The match is the first to be held on the grounds of Al-Safa Stadium, which was recently maintained within the FIFA project, to return to service following an absence of years.
