The original World Cup has arrived in the Iranian capital, Tehran, as part of its promotional tour between the 32 countries participating in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The Golden Cup was unveiled by Reza Abedzadeh, captain of the Iranian national team during the 1998 World Cup.
Both male and female football players were given the opportunity to watch the World Cup.
The occasion was an opportunity for the new president of the Iranian Football Association, Mehdi Taj, to talk regarding the aspirations of the Iranian team in the World Cup.
