The “National News Agency” reported that the Lebanese army arrested the artist, Wadih Al-Sheikh, once morest the background of his entry and a group of armed men to the campus of Al-Ra’i Hospital in Sidon.
In the details, the sheikh tried to enter with a group of gunmen to the operations department in the hospital to check on one of his relatives, who was undergoing an operation on his hip, but the hospital security objected to the entry of the gunmen and prevented them from entering, and no cracking or sabotage occurred inside the hospital.
As a result, members of the Lebanese army attended and worked to arrest the sheikh and confiscate weapons.
The Appeal Public Prosecutor in the south, Judge Raheef Ramadan, had requested the approval of the Sheikh and the group of gunmen accompanying him, on the grounds that they entered the hospital with their weapons.
