Al Markaziya – An ambulance from Maarab to the “aids”… Was Geagea really sick?!

by Alexandra Hartman Editor-in-Chief

The media office of the head of the “Lebanese Forces” party, Samir Geagea, issued the following statement:
Some social media pioneers are circulating an “urgent” news that “an ambulance was seen rushing out of Dr. Samir Geagea’s house, followed by a few four-wheel drive vehicles towards Our Lady of Relief Hospital.” The news was reported by “sources” that suggested “the possibility of Dr. Geagea falling ill.” This news was appended by “Lebanon Press”.
The media office of the head of the “Lebanese Forces” party is interested in confirming that this news is false and has nothing to do with the truth, considering that Geagea is doing his work in his office at the party’s headquarters as usual.
The media office also stresses that the party’s legal apparatus will prosecute anyone who appears to be involved in the fabrication of this news and its promotion through social networking sites before the relevant judicial authorities.
