Rome/Tirana – The Albanian Constitutional Court has announced that the parliamentary procedure scheduled for Thursday to approve the agreement between Italy and Albania on the establishment of two migrant centers on Albanian soil will be suspended. The deal violated the constitution and international agreements, said the court, which was appealed by the Albanian Democratic Party and 28 MPs supporting former prime minister Sali Berisha.
