The National Hurricane Center announced this Friday morning that all of South Florida remains under a tropical storm warning and a flood watch, while monitoring whether ‘Alex’ forms in the next few hours. Regardless of its cyclonic development, up to 10 inches of rain are expected, remember not to cross streets full of water.
