Two presumed members of the “Los Cochineros” gang were captured by officials of the Bolivarian National Guard in the Caroní municipality.
The duo, who remained at the disposal of the Bolívar State Public Ministry, were apprehended in Puerto Ordaz.
The military troops seized a Covavenca brand shotgun, serial 4076, 12 gauge, with a percussion cartridge of the same gauge.
In the same procedure they collected a knife, an ax and a machete.
