Nagano – The alleged perpetrator has been arrested following an act of violence that left four dead in the Japanese prefecture of Nagano. As the Japanese television station NHK reported on Friday, the man was overpowered in the early hours of the morning (local time) in front of his father’s house in the city of Nakano. He holed up there for hours following allegedly stabbing a woman and shooting two police officers with a hunting rifle.
