Almeria Club Sends Well Wishes to Turki Al-Sheikh After Critical Surgery

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Spanish club Almeria issued a statement wishing recovery to its owner, Turki Al-Sheikh, head of the Entertainment Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, following he underwent “critical surgery.”

This came in a statement published by the club on its official Twitter page, at 12:30 a.m., Tuesday to Wednesday, Saudi time.

And the club said in its statement: “On behalf of all the employees of the entire Almeria Club, we would like to express our sincere wishes for health and a speedy recovery to His Excellency Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh Malad Al-Nadi following the critical surgery that he performed a short while ago in New York.”

It is noteworthy that the head of the Entertainment Authority is the first Saudi to own a club in Spain and the second Arab, following Qatari Emir Abdullah bin Nasser Al Thani, owner of Malaga Club.
