Since the liberation of the area around the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, 25 torture camps have already been discovered in the region. That’s what the local police say. In the camps, civilians were held in inhumane conditions and tortured by the Russian occupiers, the police said on Facebook on Monday. Some prisoners reportedly received electric shocks and others had their fingers broken.
