Dubai: As the Ambassador of Qatar to the UAE, Dr. Sultan Zalmin Saeed Al Mansoori was appointed by the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
He has served as the Qatari ambassador to China and Austria, and is being appointed as the UAE ambassador for the first time. But, since then, he has not made it clear that he will bear the burden.
