The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced that Mr. Amyn Alami recently crossed the participation threshold of 10% of the voting rights of CFG Bank.
Acquiring 125,000 CFG Bank shares on the block market, Mr. Alami now holds 9.14% of the capital and 10.52% of the voting rights of the bank. He also plans to continue his purchases of CFG Bank over the next six months.
