As Kaivax stated in a post to the Official Forums tonight, an adjustment to Mythic+ dungeon scaling will be rolling out during next week’s weekly maintenance.

Beyond Mythic+20 keys, each additional key level will now increase enemy health and damage by 8% (was 10%).
The devs have recently made and are making several adjustments to particularly powerful specializations in Mythic+ recently, and while these changes will have the desired effect, the team has also heard player concerns that it may be much harder to complete specials. very high keys and achieve odds that were previously possible. Blizzard thinks this is a fair concern and is making a temporary adjustment to key scaling beyond level 20 to give players some breathing room to continue Mythic+ rating competition before the end of Season 2. .
This change will remain active until the start of Season 3 of Dragonflight.
