An American scientist blows up a surprise about the origin of Corona

A prominent American scientist said that he first heard about the outbreak of the Corona virus, two weeks ago, from the first warning issued by China in 2019 about the pandemic that swept the world.

The speech of a professor at Columbia University, Ian Lipkin, undermines the official Chinese version of the origin of Corona.

Lipkin stated during a university documentary about the epidemic that he first heard about the Corona epidemic on December 15, 2019, and repeated the date again to clarify, and this contradicts Beijing’s announcement of the epidemic at the end of the same month.

And the official Chinese version says that before the official announcement of the epidemic in Wuhan, there were only 5 people infected with the epidemic.

The World Health Organization did not receive an alert from China for 16 days, after Taiwan sounded the alarm about the new virus, and this delay, say China’s critics, helped the virus spread very quickly around the world.

Professor Lipkin is no stranger to China, as he worked in it for a period of time, and the Chinese government honored the Chinese government for its role in confronting the SARS virus.

He said he heard about the virus in mid-December, noting that he was “tracking the disease with his friends there at the Centers for Disease Control and the national government.”

He added, quoting a Chinese researcher, that the epidemic disaster could have been prevented, if the warning systems worked properly.
