He said that outstanding political and state figures, diplomats, well-known people showed great respect and reverence to Heydar Aliyev.

Asadov reminded that in 2007-2015, more than 3,500 young people were sent abroad and given scholarships in order to study in more than 350 of the most prestigious higher education institutions of 32 countries within the framework of the State Program for the Education of Azerbaijani Youth in Foreign Countries. 200 million manats were spent for the following purposes:
