Al-Marsad newspaper: The Citizen’s Account Program clarified that the delay in responding to the beneficiary’s objection to ineligibility does not mean his rejection.
The program said that when an objection to ineligibility is submitted, it is waited until the objection is answered as soon as possible.
He pointed out that the status of the objection can be known through the beneficiary’s account by entering the “Eligibility Study, Previous Eligibility Objections”.
