An independent artist showed the body of the new TagAZ Aquila Pro: look and evaluate

After the revival of the Moskvich brand, rumors regarding the resuscitation of other iconic domestic auto brands are regularly circulating on the RuNet. They are actively fueled by the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, who has repeatedly announced the potential resurrection of the Volga and other legendary models.

Against the backdrop of these ambitious plans, realistic renderings of the next possible “new products” of the domestic automobile industry periodically appear on the Internet. Thus, an Internet designer published a series of images of the promising cross-liftback TagAZ Aquila Pro 2024, which is not related to the real state of affairs. As planned, it might be a car copied from a modern Chinese model – in this case, the Feifan R7 hatchback from the SAIC automaker.

The liftback shown in the renderings looks like an exact copy of the Chinese “donor”. In addition to the design, the hypothetical TagAZ Aquila Pro 2024 would borrow technical components from its prototype, the author of the renders believes. The Chinese model is powered by a powerful electric motor with rear-wheel drive and various battery pack options. The prospects for such a power plant for Russia raise serious doubts. However, from the point of view of the design and image of the project, the focus on Asian designs is completely justified.
