Al-Marsad Newspaper: A source at the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities revealed the length of stay in Saudi Arabia available for Umrah visas for Egyptians during the current Umrah season.

The source added, warning of a “trap” in which a number of Egyptians fall, that during the coming period, the period of residency inside Saudi Arabia will decrease until it reaches 30 days for residency only, with the approach of the blessed month of Ramadan, so that no pilgrims will remain inside the Kingdom with the start of the month of Hajj.

The source indicated that, since yesterday, Umrah visas have been issued for 89 days for residence only inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, explaining that the expected number of visas for each tourist company during the Umrah season is 50 tourist visas, and at the present time there is a state of controversy among tourism companies regarding visa quotas.
