The Lebanese actress, Anjou Rayhan, presented the play “Majdara Hamra” on the stage of a mall in the United Arab Emirates, today, Thursday, for one consideration.
The work is a monologue, in which Anjou assumes several roles of men and women who speak various Lebanese, Beiruti and southern dialects.
The play reflects the difference in cultures between the Lebanese, in one region and another, and between the old and the new generation. It was presented in a humorous way over two hours without a break.
On the other hand, it is noteworthy that Anjou Rayhan participated in the series “Salon Zahra” in its second season during the past months, and the series received very high viewership, starring Nadine Nassib Njeim and Moatasem Al-Nahar.
