Aon Italia S.r.l., the national holding of the Aon group, has announced a significant leadership change with the appointment of Moroelo Diaz of Vittoria Pallavicini as Chairman. Diaz, who is already a member of the Board of Directors, now assumes a top role, signifying both strategic continuity and a vote of confidence in his professional capabilities.

The core of the Aon group, Aon S.p.A., specialized in insurance brokerage, will continue under the leadership of Marco Dubini Daccò as Executive President and Andrea Parisi as CEO and Head of the Region Italy and Eastern Mediterranean. Completing the top of the holding are Carlo Clavarino and Luca Franzzire, both reconfirmed in their roles as CEOs, while Dubini Daccò remains Executive Vice President.
The Profile of the New Chairman
Moroelo Diaz of Vittoria Pallavicini brings extensive experience in critical areas for Aon, including real estate, energy, finance, and asset management. Currently, he serves as CEO of Holding Real Estate Pallavicini Spa and sits on the administrative councils of Webuild and Poste Vita Spa, as well as being a councilor of the Embassy of the Sovereign Order of Malta at the Italian Republic.
Beyond his professional achievements, Diaz is actively engaged in social and cultural endeavors. He is involved with the Foundation of the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma Capitale and the Bambin Gesù Pediatric Hospital Foundation. Additionally, he served as the National President of the Italian Historical Historical Association (Adsi) and received the honor of Great Officer of Merit of the Italian Republic in December 2023.
