Qatar’s Al Sadd in the quarter-finals of the King Salman Cup Championship, a battle of Arabian clubs held in Saudi Arabia. Al Sadd beat Libyan champions Al Ahly Tripoli 1-0 in their last match of the group stage on Wednesday night.

Al Sadd entered the knockout stage with seven points from three matches with two wins and one draw. Saudi powerhouse Al Hilal beat Moroccan club Widad AC 2-1 in their last match and reached the knockout stage from the same group.
