ARI Motors Enters Primary Market Segment of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange: Boosting Growth and Opening Doors for Investors

2023-07-19 07:00:00

Ari Motors enters the primary market segment of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange. The manufacturer of small electric vans and delivery vehicles is thus opening up to external investors. The background is the “rapid development of the former family business” into a successful medium-sized company with full order books.

With the issue of ten million shares, additional capital flows are to be generated in order to finance the above-average growth of the electric vehicle provider from Borna near Dresden. The aim is to shorten delivery times and process orders faster, according to a press release. The build-up of inventories should also enable spontaneous purchases and thus contribute to a further increase in sales.

Last but not least, the management of ARI Motors Industries SE, which was founded in 2022, hopes that the IPO will provide them with the capital they need to push new projects and open up additional market segments. (awm)
