SINALOA.- The patient Carlos Alberto “N” who had entered the Culiacán General Hospital due to a gunshot wound and was recovering in bed 231 was finished off with six shots of nine millimeter caliber, apparently by two men who managed to reach the second floor without being detected.
The State Public Security Secretariat only announced that an alert call was received to the 911 emergency lines about shots fired inside the old General Hospitalin the Rosales neighborhood, in the eastern part of the state capital, so when they went to the place a lifeless man was located.
According to the information that is known, around eight at night, unidentified people managed to enter the old General Hospital of Culiacán, reached the second floor and looked for the bed patient 231identified as Carlos Alberto “N”, 23 years old, who was recovering from a gunshot wound.
The staff of the medical institution and patient relatives, upon hearing the first detonations on the second floor, sought refuge because they did not know what was happening or the origin of the shots, so they called the emergency lines.
