The Tuapse District Court has taken into custody four local residents aged 19 to 36 accused of killing two men.

As previously reported by Kuban News, law enforcement agencies received a message on the night of August 5, 2023 regarding the discovery of bodies of 37- and 41-year-old men with signs of violent death on the river bank near Primorskaya Street in the village of Dederkoy, Tuapse District. A 20-year-old man was also taken to the hospital with injuries.

It follows from the materials of the court that on August 5, on the bank of the river in the village of Dederka, a fight broke out between the accused and men they did not know before. The attackers inflicted multiple blows on various parts of the body to the opponents. As a result, two men died on the spot. A 20-year-old young man was injured.

As a result of operational-search activities, police officers located the four suspects. The men were detained on the territory of the Tuapse district.

– Having considered the materials of the case, the court, taking into account the fact that, being at large, the defendants can hide from the investigating authorities, granted the petition. The defendants were taken into custody, – reports the Joint Press Service of the Courts of the Krasnodar Territory.
