How inflation drove up rents in Wallonia and Brussels: here are the most expensive municipalities

In 2022, the average price of rents in Brussels passed the 1,150 euro mark for the first time, recording an annual increase of 4.2%. In Wallonia, all types of housing combined, the increase over twelve months was 4.6% with an average rent of 759 euros.
