Pursuing their approach to digitize and promote the exportable offer in Morocco to act on the competitiveness of economic operators and improve the business climate, PORTNET SA, “national counter for foreign trade procedures” and the Moroccan Association of Exporters (Asmex) signed a framework partnership and cooperation agreement on February 25, 2021.
Through this agreement, the two parties are strengthening their historical links to support exporting companies in their international efforts, through innovative digital tools offered via the PortNet Single Window, and thus contribute to the promotion of Moroccan exports in particular via the digital tools of PortNet.
This agreement also aims to set up a collaborative framework for the establishment of an online market solution (MarketPlace) with an innovative vision centered on the needs of Moroccan exporters. In addition to the existing modules of the Trade Sense platform for logistics and commercial information developed by PortNet and launched in 2016, the services of the MarketPlace will be mainly focused on the promotion of national products and services in foreign markets.
It aims to provide access to a directory of Moroccan exporters searchable by type of product and service and displaying all the information deemed necessary for the promotion of Moroccan companies internationally, as well as for the creation of opportunities and connecting them with potential business partners around the world.
In addition, Portnet and Asmex will, through their expertise, contribute to upgrading exporting companies and improving the framework for carrying out their activity through the implementation of innovative digital solutions with high added value.
