Experts are selected following public calls for applications. They are chosen on the basis of scientific competence criteria and on the basis of an examination of the risks of conflicts of interest. These experts, appointed for three years, have very diverse profiles and skills, guaranteeing the implementation of independent, multidisciplinary, collective and contradictory scientific expertise.
ANSES is today launching a call for applications to renew ten of its expert groups. These are six specialized expert committees and four working groups in the areas of:
- human food;
- nutrition ;
- animal nutrition, health and welfare;
- plant health.
