Astronomer, religious scholar and member of the local Sighting of the Crescent Committee Abdullah Al-Khudiri has said that it is not true that it is not possible to see the moon on Thursday, on Thursday according to astronomical calculations, the moon will reach the horizon for 24 minutes after sunset. In this regard, the International Astronomical Center says that there is no possibility of Shawwal moon sighting on Thursday, 29th of Ramadan, so Eid-ul-Fitr can be on Saturday, April 22nd.
