Astronomy Institute: The Richter 3 earthquake hits the city of Dahab

Today, Thursday, the National Seismological Network station of the National Institute of Astronomical and Geophysical Research recorded an earthquake 20 km southeast of Dahab in South Sinai Governorate.

According to a statement today, the tremor occurred at 6:10 pm local time in Cairo, with a strength of 3.3 on the Richter scale, latitude 28.37, longitude 34.65, and a depth of 15 km.

The Institute did not report the feeling of this tremor, nor did it report any loss of life and property.
