Identify the false information put forward by the presidential candidates, talk regarding their program and, more generally, give priority to information in front of the audience: in this election year marked by a global pandemic, the expectations of the French vis- vis-à-vis the media are strong.

Conducted every year since 1987, the Kantar Public Institute barometer – OnePoint for “The Cross” probes the French on their relationship to the media. This year, the research institute questioned a sample of more than 1,000 people, representative of the adult French population, on their expectations and criticisms vis-à-vis the media, but also on their uses. These interviews were conducted from January 5 to 11.
