As reported Ad Agethe WPP Group will bring all of its Atlanta agencies together on one large campus in the historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. The mixed-use complex will house 10 shops, including AKQA, BCW, EssenceMediacom, GCI Health, GroupM, GTB, Mindshare, Verticurl, VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson.
The office, leased from property developer New City, puts the WPP agencies close to many of their clients – especially Coca-Cola – and the growing Atlanta tech scene. The campus features a 39,000-square-foot conference center, dozens of shops and restaurants, and access to the BeltLine.
“It will foster the kind of creative environment that will inspire our staff, clients and partners alike”, said Michael Houston, president of WPP in the US, in a statement.
