Atomic Heart will have sex dolls, violence and severed heads in containers, the game’s description on the censors page says

Singapore censors have assigned a fantastic shooter from the Russian studio Mundfish an age rating of M18

Fantastic shooter Atomic Heart from the Russian studio Mundfish fell into the hands of Singaporean censors, who assigned the game a rather harsh M18 rating for cruelty, violence, swear words and life-size sex dolls.

“There are often images of violence and bloodshed. Upon hitting characters, large splatters of blood can be seen, leaving blood stains on surfaces. Humanoids are often dismembered or decapitated during play. During exploration of environments, bloody surfaces and corpses can often be seen. Other violent scenes depict a character being cut in half by a laser beam, and a sequence depicting a severed human head placed in a glass container. […] The player may encounter life-sized sex dolls and female corpses dressed only in lingerie, as well as naked human characters in glass chambers, with no explicit details of nudity..

Atomic Heart will release on February 21, 2023 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
