Vienna/Schwechat – The AUA will cancel over 100 flights on Friday due to a company meeting of the flying staff. According to the current status, 112 of 302 flights are canceled. The 12,000 affected passengers have been informed and rebooked, according to the airline. Travelers should still check their flight status on Friday. The reason for the works meeting is the stalled collective agreement negotiations. After eight rounds of discussions, there is still no salary agreement.
