The Austrian Minister for European and International Affairs, Alexander Schallenberg, said, questioned by StartupCafe.ro, on Tuesday, in Ljubljana, that Austria is the biggest investor in Romania and that Vienna does not veto the accession of Romania and Bulgaria to the Schengen Area, but believes that “the system is dysfunctional” as a number of Schengen states have reintroduced border controls to block illegal flows of migrants from outside the European Union.
