Vienna – On Saturday, 4,107 new infections were reported in Austria, 164 fewer than the day before. The number of new cases is once more above the average of 3,384 for the past seven days and is also significantly higher than the value of Saturday last week, when 2,621 new infections were reported. Four more deaths were added within 24 hours. As of Saturday, there were 43,273 active cases, up 1,723 from the day before.
