A gasoline ship docked at the Autonomous Port of Conakry on the morning of Friday, January 12, 2024. The Prime Minister announces that unloading will soon begin.

The arrival of this ship at the docking dock occurs 48 hours following that of another diesel ship. According to the Prime Minister, this boat of 33 million liters of gasoline is intended to relieve the populations.

“The unloading will begin to serve the stations in the coming hours,” suggested Bernard Goumou in the presence of the Minister Secretary General at the Presidency, and the Minister of Security and Civil Protection.

“Following the instructions of the President of the Republic [Sic]”, efforts will continue in order to achieve the normal resumption of activities this weekend,” adds the head of government, once once more inviting the populations to be civic-minded and patient.
