Klagenfurt (OTS/LPD) – On Thursday, May 25th, the 2023 Military Music Festival will take place in the 28 BLACK ARENA (Wörthersee Stadion) in Klagenfurt. Admission is from 5 p.m., the start is at 7 p.m. Media representatives are asked to register/accredit at [email protected] or by telephone with press officer Major Christoph Hofmeister (0664 6224 304).
The state of Carinthia acts as one of the partners at the military music festival. The hosts are Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner, Governor Peter Kaiser and Ines Stilling as President of the LIGHT INTO THE DARK campaign. More than 700 military musicians from several countries, civilian choirs, musician Melissa Naschenweng, star tenor Andreas Schager and chart topper Chris Steger will perform. Sonja Engl-Kleindienst and Marco Ventre from ORF Carinthia will moderate the event. All donations collected go to LIGHT INTO THE DARK.
