Recently, AVTOVAZ began selling Vesta with a new power unit: a VAZ 1.8L EVO engine and an automatic transmission (Chinese CVT from Chery). It became known that the plant wants to combine the variator with a less powerful VAZ 1.6 liter engine (VAZ 21129). In addition, Vesta will receive new options that have not been seen before.
Several test Vesta sedans and station wagons rolled off the assembly line, with a 1.6 liter 106 hp engine with a CVT. They are equipped with an ESP system, heated windshield washer nozzles, a rear seat armrest, and a heated windshield.
