At the moment, 32.5 thousand employees work at AvtoVAZ in Tolyatti, but the head of the auto giant, Maxim Sokolov, does not hide the fact that in order to achieve the goal – the production of 500 thousand cars in 2023 – the plant needs regarding four thousand new workers and engineers. The Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Samara Region has already joined in solving the problem.
