On Tuesday, the Axel Springer Group drew attention to the fate of the hostages kidnapped by Hamas in the Gaza Strip with a video installation measuring around 200 square meters.

Photos of the more than 200 deportees were projected on the facade of the Springer high-rise in Berlin in the evening. “We want to send a signal of hope and once morest anti-Semitism,” said the managing director of the Bild Group (CEO), Claudius Senst. Underneath the photos were the names and ages of the hostages and the demand “Free them immediately.”

On October 7, terrorists from the Islamist Hamas and other groups kidnapped around 240 hostages into the Gaza Strip in massacres and attacks in the Israeli border area. How many of them are still alive is unclear.
