Bahraini Health Minister Dr. Dr. Jalila bint Assayed Jawad Hasan clarified.
She was speaking following inaugurating a program organized at Avenues Mall as part of promoting natural breastfeeding.
Social awareness regarding this will be strengthened through continuous awareness programs. It is hoped that the program will become an opportunity to directly transfer the experience of various individuals in this regard to others.
She also pointed out that natural breastfeeding is essential for a healthy young generation. The program has been organized by the Natural Breastfeeding Support Committee of the Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Cloud of Hope Volunteer Team under the patronage of the Minister of Health. The Ministry of Health has organized an awareness program in connection with the International Natural Breastfeeding Week.
