Breaking: Baton Rouge Rising Stars ID To spotlight Louisiana’s Young Prospects In Zachary

The Baton Rouge Rising Stars ID event is scheduled for Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Zachary Youth Park in Zachary, Louisiana, showcasing promising players from Louisiana’s 2030–2031 graduating classes as they near the high school era.

Organized by the Prep Baseball Report, the day blends education with early talent identification. Most participants will experience their first showcase, while the program offers guidance on what scouts seek, how recruits navigate the process, and what playing at the next level entails. The dual purpose helps players learn the ropes and gives evaluators valuable early data on emerging prospects.

The event also serves as a pathway to invitations for the Junior Future Games in August, which run in concert with the Prep baseball Report’s future Games. The Future games attract the nation’s top high school talent and draw hundreds of college coaches from across the country each year.
