Bayern are thinking of Xabi Alonso to take over from Thomas Tuchel.
He’s the hot coach right now. Still undefeated in all competitions, Xabi Alonso is a hit with Leverkusen and sits at the top of the Bundesliga ahead of Bayern Munich. This would have given ideas to the Bavarian leaders already looking for the successor of Thomas Tuchel, who arrived in March 2023 and whose contract runs until 2025.
According to Revealed, Bavaria would like to take advantage of Ancelotti’s contract extension at Real to enlist the Spanish tactician, starting this summer. If this comes to fruition, it would be the third change of coach in the space of three years, reflecting questionable management of the club in recent years.
