The meeting of the Russian Premier League took place today, where the issue of the start date of the next season of the championship was discussed.
Some teams (Zenith, CSKA and Spartak) offered to postpone the start date RPL on July 24th. Previously, it was decided to start the championship on July 17.
By a majority of votes – 8 once morest 7 (with one abstention), the start date was approved – July 17. However, most likely, the first match of the championship will take place on July 15 or 16.
