Beef cattle fair in St. Donat
The 14th Carinthian Beef Cattle Fair was invited to the Zollfeldhalle in St. Donat today. A wide variety of breeds were raised and awarded prizes. In addition to the Carinthian blond cattle mentioned at the beginning, Angus cattle, Fleckvieh meat and also the Charolais cattle, which were only introduced genetically to Carinthia around 20 years ago, were the focus of the judging.
