The Belarusian authorities turned the public organization “Belaya Rus” into the party of power by arranging a founding congress in Minsk on March 18.

More than 1,000 delegates from all over Belarus were brought to the congress. The congress must adopt the charter and program of the party, as well as decide on its name.
