Individuals contact Charleroi citizens, mostly elderly people, explaining to them that the administrative services of the city of Charleroi have found that they meet the conditions for obtaining a bonus from the City. They are then asked to provide their account and bank card number, as well as their code. The City of Charleroi never asks for this kind of information by telephone.
